About Us

Bridge Builders is a small Christian charity which works with churches and other groups throughout the UK. Our purpose is to see people resourced to live the transforming gospel of reconciliation in every aspect of their lives.

We aim to strengthen the ministry of Christian leaders, by helping them to be more self aware, and to develop greater skills, confidence and resilience for working with tensions and conflict in Christian communities.

We offer a wide range of training, from one-day workshops to five-day residential courses and lead tailored learning events on request (see commissioned training). In addition, we provide support through coaching, consultancy, team development and interpersonal mediation.

Our Purpose

Everything we do is geared towards transforming Christian culture in dealing with conflict – those ways of thinking and acting that are part of the fabric of Christian life.

Our History

Bridge Builders began at the London Mennonite Centre (LMC) in the 1990s. Taking root and growing, it became a separate organisation in 2011.

Meet the Team

We have three staff members – based in Wiltshire, West Midlands and Oxfordshire. Training Partners serve with us on several of our training courses.
